Spencer Couture is all about your satisfaction! If for any reason you don't love your canvas, you may return it within (7) business days and receive a full refund for the price of the painting.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. Spencer Couture Art does not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns, or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees. We will issue your refund within (48) hours of receiving the returned painting.
To return your merchandise, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org for the return address and always include your ORDER NUMBER and FULL NAME.

Standard shipping within the United States.
- Please allow up to 21 days for your painting to arrive. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
TRACK MY ORDER
As soon as your canvas ships, we will send you a confirmation email that includes delivery expectations by our eCommerce platform.
If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free replacement. Here's how:
- Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
- Attach your photos to an email and send them to email@example.com. Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.
- You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your damaged replacement will be processed.
- If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the replacement based on the claim and automatically send out your replacement 2nd Day Air.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and PayPal. We do not provide invoices through our eCommerce platform.
